DELIVERY TO THE UK
All orders ship free to UK addresses. No minimum order required.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery: 10–20 business days from dispatch. 

Please note that our products are shipped internationally and delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs processing. We will always provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
All orders to UK addresses are priced inclusive of VAT. No additional customs charges apply for UK deliveries.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
