At Nyla Aesthetics, your satisfaction matters. This policy sets out your rights as a UK customer.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (14-DAY COOLING-OFF)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Email us at unlimitedadrenaline@gmail.com within 14 days. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. We will refund in full — including standard delivery — within 14 days of receiving the return.

IMPORTANT EXCEPTION — SKINCARE & HYGIENE PRODUCTS
Sealed hygiene or personal care products that have been opened cannot be returned under the cooling-off right. This applies to our Bio-Collagen Overnight Face Masks once opened. This does not affect your rights for faulty goods.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to:
- A full refund within 30 days of delivery
- A repair or replacement within 6 months

Email unlimitedadrenaline@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and a photo or video. Return postage for faulty items is covered by us.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email unlimitedadrenaline@gmail.com with your order number and reason
2. We'll confirm within 2 business days with return instructions
3. Pack securely and send via a tracked service
4. Keep your proof of postage

RETURN POSTAGE
- Faulty or incorrect items: we cover postage
- Change of mind (cooling-off): customer pays return postage

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE
- Opened skincare or hygiene products (unless faulty)
- Items returned outside the return window
- Items damaged by misuse

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.
